Osprey Cove Owners Association
The Osprey Cove Owners Association (OCOA) is a not-for-profit organization created to govern and oversee the management of the Osprey Cove community. Its mission is to preserve and enhance the quality and value of the community. The OCOA is led by the Board of Directors and supported by the Property Manager.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the OCOA. Comprised of five members, the Board is responsible for policy and financial decisions that affect the community. The Board meets and the OCOA holds annual and special meetings to present issues and updates to the residents. Several established committees provide support for the OCOA operations.

Osprey Cove has 24-hour security services provided by Securitas, an industry-leading security company and in conjunction with the OCOA Community Manager. The responsibilities of the security team are governed by the Rules and Regulations of Osprey Cove.
In addition to providing authorized access to our community, the security team responds to complaints about noise as well as speeding and golf cart enforcement, solicitations, fishing, and animal control. Residents can register their visitors ( guests and contractors) before their arrival through DwellingLive. Visitors check in with security at the main gate and, if registered, eliminates the need to call for authorization.

Osprey Cove operations and property management are led by Sentry Management, a community management company . An on-site Sentry Manager works closely with the OCOA Board of Directors and its committees to oversee all aspects of the Association including managing contractors and local agencies, handling billings and payments and enforcing OCOA Rules and Regulations.

OCOA assessments are determined annually by the Board and Directors. Assessments are billed by Sentry Management in two installments (due on January 1st and July 1st ). Payments can be made online, by mail, or brought to the Community Management Office.
