Proposed Zoning Changes

Application materials requesting a change in zoning for property owned the the Osprey Club LLC were filed with the St. Marys City Planning Commission. This request proposing building up to 48 single family attached and detached units on club property.   A copy of the application materials are available on the OCOA website (https://www.ospreycove.org/news).

The Commission will hold a hearing on this application on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 5:30 pm at St. Marys Elementary School, 600 Osborn Rd.

 The Commission will review the application based on City Code Sec 110-185 section (d) Zoning amendment criteria.  Osprey Cove residents and owners are encouraged to review the application and to submit comments based on the Planning Commission criteria. Comments can be submitted electronically to Jeff Adams at jeff.adams@stmarysga.gov and should be submitted by February 15, 2018. You must include your full name and address on your submission. You are encouraged to submit your comments in addition to attending the meeting.
